Caring School Award Scheme

Caring School Award Scheme

Background

We strive to work towards a humane and just society. We believe that cultivating caring culture in schools and the whole community will promote healthy personal development. Since 2005, we have been unceasingly launched the Caring School Award Scheme in order to honour those outstanding schools devoted to the promotion of caring culture. We establish a “BLESS” model by reviewing the experiences of the previous awarded schools. The five core elements of a caring school are Belief, Leadership, Environment, Support and Sharing. Starting from the school year of 2015-2016, we co-organised the Award Scheme with the Hong Kong Association of Careers Master and Guidance Master (HKACMGM), and over 400 schools were awarded in that school year.
