職責
  • To organise and implement programmes/services of the Centre.

     

  • To provide services of the Centre including drop-in service and outreaching service etc.

     

  • To assist in managing administrative duties of the Centre.

     

  • To mobilise and connect potential service users.

     

  • To assist in networking the stakeholders to promote CHEER's services.

     

  • To update service statistics, and help in preparing reports to the funding body.

 

要求
  • Holders of completed diploma or associate degree or equivalent.
  • Holders of bachelor degree or above is preferred.
  • Relevant working experience in running programmes.
  • Relevant working experience in ethnic minorities/social services of at least 1 year.
  • Able to speak, listen, read and write fluent English.
  • Able to speak at least 1 ethnic minority language.
  • Able to work with and serve persons from multicultural background.
  • Mature, able to work independently and under pressure.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Good computer knowledge and skills.
  • Able to read and write at least 1 ethnic minority language is preferred.
  • Able to speak and listen Cantonese is advantage.
  • Employee should have not been convicted of any sexual offences, in Hong Kong or elsewhere, as specified in the Sexual Conviction Record Check Scheme.
