Responsibilities
- To provide various coaching sessions to teachers and social service practitioners on different benchmark establishments.
- To coordinate and co-work with School Hub Leaders to drive Community of Practices via School Hubs.
- To lead and manage the career leaders from recruitment to carry out meetings and training to teachers and career leaders.
- To organise School CLD clubs in network schools and provide coaching sessions at Hub level.
- To network and coordinate with different stakeholders on team operation.
- To investigate and assess the needs of the service recipients and recommend appropriate services.
- To assist in the promotion and publicity of the image of the Project.
- To evaluate existing services of the Project and to make appropriate recommendations.
Requirements
- Registered social worker.
- Holders of Bachelor degree in Social Work recognised by Hong Kong’s Social Workers Registration Board for registration.
- A master's degree or above in social sciences is preferred.
- Having experiences in youth service.
- Relevant working experiences in school cooperation, understand the operation of the school and the responsible positions of different departments is preferred.
- Have direct school service experience, such as student CLD counselling, parent interviews, and corporate collaboration is preferred.
- Have working experience at CLAP for Youth @ JC is preferred.
- Good computer knowledge and skills (e.g. MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc.).
- Fluent in reading, writing, speaking and listening Chinese and English, able to speak and listening Mandarin.
- Adaptable, able to work with different levels or units, proactive, humble, team-centered and embrace change.
- Employee should have not been convicted of any sexual offences, in Hong Kong or elsewhere, as specified in the Sexual Conviction Record Check Scheme.
- Starting salary: $35,775-$45,640 (depends on qualification and working experience).
