Our 2019-20 Annual Report won the Silver Award in the category of "Cover Photo/Design: Social Service Organisations" in the Annual Report Competition (ARC) Awards (2021). The ARC Awards is a highly respected global competition in the industry, often regarded as the "Oscars of Annual Reports." On the cover of our 2019-20 Annual Report, the droplets on the window symbolises waves of unprecedented challenges facing our society. Still, after opening the book cover, there are colourful photos of interaction between service users and our staff, representing the hope after the storm.
