Responsibilities
- To assist the Director in exploring, developing and supporting new service opportunities, which include but not limited to: environment work, primary healthcare, mental health service, special services for deprived groups, etc.
- To assist the Agency in developing self-financing projects.
Requirements
- Having a bachelor degree; Having a master degree or above will be an advantage.
- Having 8 years or above working experience in social service and 3 years or above management experience.
- Having good learning and analysing abilities, and the ability to apply service -related knowledge to work .
- With a good command of Chinese and English, and having good writing abilities.
- Having good leading, organising and strategic planning capabilities.
- Good at building connections with external partners and mobilising resources for the Agency.
- Innovative, positive and macroscopic in thinking.
- Having a strong sense of ownership of the Agency culture and belief; willing to be a self-starter in actualising the Agency BVMV.
