Responsibilities
- Plan and monitor the implementation and development of the service unit.
- Lead and render professional supervision to the team in providing quality service.
- Build networks and establish strategic partnership with different community stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor degree.
- Master degree or above will be an advantage.
- At least 10 years working experience in social service.
- At least 4 years experience in management and staff supervision.
- Experience in crisis case intervention.
- Experience in child and family services.
- Good leadership and supervision skills.
- Good at building connections and collaborating with various stakeholders.
- Mission driven, self-directed, positive with good problem-solving and stress coping ability.
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese; Proficient in information and technology.
