Responsibilities
  • Be responsible for the overall planning, operation, development and evaluation of the Project.
  • Be responsible for staff supervision and overall administration of the Project.
  • Be responsible for liaison with funding organisation and develop networks with collaborative partners.

 

Requirements
  • Registered Social Worker.
  • Holder of bachelor degree or above in Social Work recognised by Hong Kong's Social Workers Registration Board.
  • At least 2 years' direct experience in social work.
  • Direct experience in multicultural or health service is preferable.
  • Fluent in English and Cantonese.
  • Computer literate with knowledge in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Self-motivated, committed, organised and dynamic.
  • Good leadership and networking skills.
  • Mature and able to work under pressure.
  • Enthusiastic in serving Ethnic Minorities.
  • Employee should have not been convicted of any sexual offences, in Hong Kong or elsewhere, as specified in the Sexual Conviction Record Check Scheme.
