Responsibilities
- Helping Agency to actualize mission and vision, leading, planning and implementing Agency development strategies.
- Helping Agency to implement human resources, finance and administrative policies and its related matters.
- Monitoring the daily operation of the service responsible in accordance with Agency policies and approved budget.
Requirements
- Having a bachelor degree.
- Having a master degree or above will be an advantage.
- At least 10 years' working experience in social service.
- Working experience in children and family service will be preferred.
- At least 8 years' experience in management and supervision.
- SWO rank and negotiable (subject to work abilities and experience).
