Position: Assistant Programme Officer

Responsibilities
  • To provide drop-in service and outreaching service of the Centre.
  • To assist in managing administrative duties of the Centre.
  • To assist in implementing support service programmes of the Centre.
  • To mobilise and connect potential service users.
  • To update service statistics and correct records, and help in preparing reports to the funding body.

 

Requirements
  • Holder of completed Form 5 before 2012 or completed HKDSE or equivalent.
  • Relevant working experiences in ethnic minorities/social services is an advantage.
  • Relevant working experience in customer service is preferred.
  • Good computer knowledge and skills.
  • Able to speak, listen, read and write English.
  • Able to speak and listen Cantonese is preferable.
  • Able to speak at least 1 ethnic minority languages is an advantage.
  • Able to work with and serve persons from multicultural background.
