Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective fundraising strategies to achieve strong and successful outcomes.
- Plan and manage donor relationship, corporate liaison and donor loyalty programmes.
- Plan and execute promotional activities to enhance Agency’s image.
- Responsible for managing corporate and donor relationships, as well as overseeing database management.
- Coordinate volunteer support for fundraising and related programmes and activities.
Requirements
- Holder of Bachelor degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations or related disciplines.
- Minimum 2 years relevant experience in the field of fundraising, promotion and event management.
- Practical experience in NGO fundraising events and promotion activities, including flag day, walkathon and charity run is preferable.
- Excellent in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
- Well versed in Microsoft office and social media tools.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
- Should be highly self-driven, flexible, creative, patient and detail oriented, have a strategic mind and be a proactive team player.
