Professional Training and Development Service

Service Philosophy

For over 70 years, Hong Kong Christian Service has been committed to providing professional and high-quality social services in Hong Kong, guided by the principle of "people-centred" service. We firmly believe that the development of social services requires a team of dedicated, self-reflective, and proactive colleagues. By organising the TOP Professional Training and Development courses, colleagues can better utilise their professional skills to serve the community.

Service Features

  • Experienced senior colleagues from our service will serve as course instructors, imparting knowledge and sharing experiences with industry colleagues through a balanced approach of theory and practice. The instructors' expertise covers areas such as youth services, family services, elderly services, early childhood education services, and clinical counseling services.
  • Course content emphasizes practical application, closely aligning with realistic work-needs, and encourages participants to engage in professional dialogue and sharing.
  • Tailored on-site services such as workshops, lectures, and/or retreat activities are provided for organizations, groups, and schools. Customized thematic training, including team building, staff development, and service professionalism enhancement, is offered.
